We ship directly from our trusted international warehouse with tracked delivery.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Each item is carefully prepared and dispatched by our fulfilment partner before leaving the warehouse.

Delivery Times

Delivery to most New Zealand and Australian addresses typically takes 8–12 days.
Rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with full tracking details.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $149 (NZD/AUD).
  • Flat rate: $8.90 NZ (orders ≤ $149 NZD) · $9.90 AU (orders ≤ $149 AUD)

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships. If you didn’t receive one, check spam or contact us.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
CoreKind Beauty cannot be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking shows an order as delivered, responsibility transfers to the local courier.
If your parcel cannot be located, please contact your local carrier with your tracking number for assistance.

Seasonal & Supplier Delays

During major holiday periods — including New Zealand and Australian public holidays, Christmas, and New Year — as well as Chinese New Year (late January to mid-February), processing and delivery times may be longer due to courier and supplier closures.
We recommend placing orders early during these times.

Force Majeure

We do our best to deliver on time, but events beyond our control — including natural disasters, pandemics, or supplier disruptions — may cause unexpected delays.
