Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of approval.
- Hygiene-related or personal-care items are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted, so please review your order carefully before submitting.
How It Works

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos. - Once reviewed, we’ll confirm whether a replacement or refund applies.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is confirmed faulty.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once the item is received and inspected.
