Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery takes 8–12 days across New Zealand and Australia.
Rural or remote addresses may take slightly longer.

Can I track my order?
Yes — you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us here with your order number so we can investigate.

Do shipping times change during holidays?
Yes. During NZ and AU public holidays, Christmas and New Year, and Chinese New Year (late Jan–mid Feb), courier networks and suppliers may experience delays. We recommend ordering early during these seasons.

Where do you ship from?
From our trusted international warehouse, with tracked delivery to NZ & AU.

My order has multiple items — will they arrive together?
Items may ship in separate parcels to arrive as quickly as possible.

Replacements & Refunds

Can I return or replace an item?
We accept requests for items that are faulty, defective, or incorrect.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How do I request a replacement or refund?
Submit a message through our Contact page with your order number, a short description, and photos of the issue.
Our team will review and arrange a replacement first, or a refund if a replacement isn’t suitable.

My item arrived damaged or faulty — what now?
We’re sorry! Send photos and details through the Contact page.
We’ll organise a replacement or refund promptly under our Quality Promise.

I received the wrong item — can you fix it?
Absolutely. Contact us and we’ll correct it right away with a replacement or refund.

FAQ Highlights

What are your shipping rates?
Free shipping over $149 (NZD/AUD). Orders $149 or less ship for $8.90 NZ (NZ orders) or $9.90 AU (AU orders).

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across New Zealand and Australia.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders begin processing soon after checkout and usually can’t be cancelled once placed.
If an error prevents processing, we’ll notify you and issue a refund.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but we’re exploring options to make gifting easier.

Are rural deliveries charged extra?
No — our flat-rate shipping covers both urban and rural areas, and orders over $149 ship free.
